William C. Burke (Billy) retired to Los Osos after teaching in Performing Arts Magnet Schools in Los Angeles U S D for 37 years. He has served on the boards of several not for profit organizations and is currently working with three different groups in the area.Though spending his career as a dancer and dance teacher he is currently heavily involved in playing music, particularly as a member of The Big Rock Balalaika Band.
